Psychotherapy & Counselling for Adults, Professionals, Leaders & Couples
You may appear capable, successful, and resilient on the outside — while privately carrying stress, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, grief, relationship strain, or the ongoing pressure of holding everything together.
Therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, process, heal, and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded and sustainable way.
For couples, counselling can offer a supportive space to better understand relationship patterns, improve communication, reduce reactivity, and develop healthier ways of relating.

Susan is Gottman trained and integrates evidence-informed relationship counselling approaches where clinically appropriate.
How I Work?
My approach to psychotherapy is warm, collaborative, reflective, and trauma-informed.
I integrate evidence-informed therapeutic approaches with compassionate curiosity, practical insight, and deep listening to support clients in understanding both the emotional and nervous system patterns that may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, trauma responses, or relationship difficulties.
My professional background across psychotherapy, executive coaching, leadership development, organizational systems, EMDR-informed therapy, trauma-informed hypnotherapy, and couples counselling also allows me to deeply understand the pressures many professionals, leaders, caregivers, high achievers, and couples experience in their personal and professional lives.
Therapy is not about "fixing" you. It is about creating space for greater awareness, healing, self-understanding, emotional safety, and sustainable change.
